Is generally the key to unlocking your potential in not just training, but in life. If you have enough self believe then there is nothing you can’t achieve.

You can’t just sit back and expect someone to knock on your door and present you with an opportunity. You have to crest the opportunity out of thin air by doing something you haven’t done, by reaching out to someone you haven’t yet.

If you want to be successful then you are going to realize that not everything in your life is going to help you to get to where you would like to be, sacrifices have to be made, whether they are big or small.

You can’t rely on someone else to constantly motivate you, you have to motivate yourself before someone else can help that little spark turn into a raging flame.

The best part about health and fitness is you have the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing people with incredible personalities that you might not of had the chance too based on judging a book by its cover or what not. You create friends and family 🙂
